Description: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper dish flow. This role will gradually expand beyond dish operations to include comprehensive sanitation of the entire building including restrooms, floors, common areas and production-adjacent areas.
Monday-Friday (10:00am-6:00pm)

• Put items away correctly
• Clean dish room top to bottom

Description: Responsible for the preparation, cooking, packaging, labeling, and documentation of food products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Description: Responsible for accurate and efficient deboning and preparation of raw product, including room setup, proper tool use, yield awareness, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Monday-Friday (6:30am-3:00pm)

• Set up tables, cutter, scale
• Debone chicken
• Wash dishes
• End-of-day cleaning
