Description: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper dish flow. This role will gradually expand beyond dish operations to include comprehensive sanitation of the entire building including restrooms, floors, common areas and production-adjacent areas.
Monday-Friday (10:00am-6:00pm)
Core Responsibilities:
• Understand dish flow
• Operate dispensers
• Put items away correctly
• Clean dish room top to bottom
Requirements
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
Description: Responsible for safe handling, preparation, and organization of raw product prior to cooking or processing.
Monday-Friday: (6:30am-3:00pm)
Every Other Saturday: (7:00am-1:00pm)
Core Responsibilities:
• Organize pallets coming into coolers and orders for delivery routes
• Clean receiving and raw room coolers
• Trimming tasks
• Prepare marinades as instructed
• Ground product support
• Load perforated pans
• End-of-day cleaning
• Wash dishes as needed
