Cook Room Operator (1 Position)

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour with higher starting wages based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating cookers and supporting early morning production startup.
This role ensures cookers are loaded and unloaded on schedule
Assists with pre-operation setup across production areas
Supports the raw room throughout the shift to maintain overall workflow and output.

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older
Shift is 4AM-12PM Monday-Friday; available and willing to work overtime as needed
Reliable transportation and team-oriented
Lift up to 40–60 lbs
Stand for long periods
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with raw poultry and in multiple temperature conditions
